Seller will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Seller will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask Seller not to, Seller may contact you via email in the future to tell the Buyer about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Seller take precautions to protect your information. When Buyer submit sensitive information via the website, Buyer’s information is protected both online and offline.

If Buyer feels that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us immediately via our contact page.

 

Returns & Exchanges

REFUNDS

Seller allow a refund of any books within 30 days if the book has not been used, written in, or damaged in any way. Membership fees that are canceled will not be pro-rated, but will be canceled the following month. Any items that are not books, will only be exchanged if the merchandise is defective in some way. To request a refund, please call Seller’s customer service number to get the information to return your book. Please save Buyer’s tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we cannot issue an exchange on any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to Seller for any other reason. Seller will process your return and notify you via email within 3-5 business days of receiving it. Buyer will cover shipping costs to mail your book for a return.

 

EXCHANGES

Seller will allow up to 14 business days after receiving Buyer’s package to qualify for an exchange of any items that are not books. Exchanges will be given on defective merchandise only. No returns on merchandise (other than books), unless it is defective in some way.

To exchange an item, please call Buyer’s contact number to get the information to exchange your material. Please save Buyer’s tracking number when shipping your return to us, as Seller cannot issue an exchange on any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to Seller for any other reason. Seller will process your return and notify Buyer via email within 3-5 business days of receiving it. Seller will cover shipping costs to mail you out a replacement.

SHIPPING

All shipping is done through USPS and usually takes between 2-6 business days to arrive.  Shipping rate is based on package weight.  US shipping ranges from $6.99 to $12.99.  International shipping ranges from $12.99 to $29.99.
